Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a BI Support Analyst to maintain and enhance BI solutions across the organization. The role ensures data accuracy, reliable reporting, and timely issue resolution while working with business stakeholders and tech teams to optimize analytics.

Key responsibilities include building data pipelines feeding executive dashboards, translating data into visual insights, and leveraging AI to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling (Snowflake, Databricks, SSRS).
• Expertise in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong data quality practices.
• Database and data warehouse fundamentals.
• Statistical modeling and basic ML concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

The BI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving Business Intelligence solutions across the organization.
