MYCPE ONE is seeking a detail-oriented US Accountant – Associate / Senior Associate to support US accounting and finance operations from the Philippines. The role involves maintaining accurate books, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closes in accordance with US accounting standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities for US-based clients/entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and other month-end adjustments.
• Perform bank, credit card, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze account balances and investigate variances or unusual transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for accounting activities.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll-related accounting, and intercompany transactions.
• Support US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements.
• Assist with audit, tax, and other compliance-related requirements by providing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Maintain client records and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams.
