Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. in Davao City is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead full-life-cycle telecom infrastructure projects in the region, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control and risk management.

You will coordinate with operator clients, subcontractors and internal teams, develop regional plans and WBS, monitor progress, report deviations, and drive site safety and hand-over.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Telecommunication Engineering / Project Management; minimum 3+ years PM experience in telecom infrastructure / base-station projects; PSS or telco operator project experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end project workflow: planning, subcontractor management, cost control, change management, site acceptance & hand-over; proficient in WBS, project ledger and progress report.
• Strong risk awareness, good at multi-party coordination and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-life-cycle management of PSS projects within the assigned region, including site delivery, schedule control, cost management, risk identification and on-site resource coordination to ensure project delivery in compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop regional project plan, WBS and milestone schedule; track site execution progress; issue weekly/monthly project report with status update, deviation analysis and corrective actions.
• Liaise with operator clients, subcontractors and vendors; conduct on-site coordination, requirement confirmation and change management; resolve on-site issues and client concerns; maintain good client relationship.
• Manage regional project cost, advance payment, PO and payment process; maintain project ledger; control variation and extra cost; monitor budget execution.
• Manage internal team and subcontractor manpower; supervise on-site safety & quality; drive site acceptance and ETR hand-over; close out outstanding issues.
• Identify project risks and formulate mitigation plan; escalate critical risks; coordinate contract extension and project document filing.
