Job summary

Indra Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee telecom and network infrastructure initiatives in a hybrid role based in Makati City. You will coordinate across engineering, operations and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in telecom project management, understanding of switching, transmission, IP, OSP and ICT deployment, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks. Hybrid work setup is available in Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years' project management experience in telecom, ISP, or network infrastructure.
• Understanding of Switching, Transmission, IP, OSP and ICT deployment processes.
• Stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning scheduling and implementation of all Client's products and services.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations field teams and vendors to deploy network elements.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time within scope and budget.
• Track dependencies site readiness hardware delivery and provisioning activities.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders including customers and internal leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations permitting and safety requirements.
• Provide daily and/or weekly progress reports.
• Prepare and maintain accurate As-built project acceptance report.
