• Schedule Control: Develops and updates master schedules and tracks milestones.
• Cost Control: Manages budgeting, forecasts costs, and monitors expenditures to prevent overruns.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifies project risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Change Management: Evaluates cost and schedule impact of scope changes.
• Performance Reporting: Prepares regular progress reports, using EVA for stakeholders.
• System Implementation: Implements software and documentation standards to improve project visibility.
• Improved Efficiency: Reduces project costs and keeps projects within budget.
• Risk Reduction: Ensures early identification of bottlenecks to keep timelines on track.
