Planning & Scheduling: Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecasts.
- Identify and flag schedule risks and deviations.
Cost Control:
- Track project costs against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Monitor procurement expenses, subcontractor billing, and material usage.
- Assist in the preparation of cost forecasts and financial reports.
Documentation & Reporting:
- RFIs, and progress reports.
- Generate regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in evaluating change orders and their impact on cost and schedule.
Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to gather information and resolve issues.
- Participate in project meetings and take responsibility for tracking action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil
- Management, Project
- Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project control, project coordination, or planning in the construction industry.
- Experience with large-scaleinfrastructure or building projects is an asset.
