Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Specialist, preferably in a BPO.
• Experience with CRM-Vicidial and Sticky.Io.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of our computer networks
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands and recommends improvement and upgrades
• Observe system functions to verify correct operations and detect errors
• Resolving all IT systems, hardware and software issue of employees
• Prepare order sheets or requisition for equipment-hardware and software needs
• Prepare, set up and install equipment for new employee’s use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems or appropriate software
• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors for service
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
• Manage and ensure security of data, network access and back-up systems
• Develop training materials and train users/ employees on network security, data privacy and best practices for computer usage
• Conducts office automation feasibility studies, including workforce analysis, space design or cast comparison analysis if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as an IT Specialist( 3 years and more) in a BPO is an advantage

• Degree in computer science/ Information Technology or related field preferable
