Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Specialist, preferably in a BPO.
• Experience with CRM-Vicidial and Sticky.Io.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of computer networks.
• Evaluate IT systems and recommend upgrades.
• Observe system functions to verify operations and detect errors.
• Resolve IT system, hardware, and software issues for employees.
• Prepare requisitions for equipment and software needs.
• Install equipment for new hires and ensure proper setup.
• Refer major problems to vendors for service.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware/software.
• Manage data security, network access, and backups.
• Develop training materials and train users on security and privacy.
• Conduct office automation feasibility studies as needed.
