Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corp. is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive bancassurance growth in Cavite. You will solicit new business, cross-sell products, and build strong relationships with bank branches and customers.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and bonuses, a dayshift schedule, and competitive benefits. You will work closely with the Bancassurance team to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients, ensuring high-quality service and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Computers and basic IT literacy required.

• Mondays to Fridays, dayshift; observes PH holidays.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and cross-sell bancassurance products to bank customers.
• Build and grow relationships with branch officers to generate bancassurance leads.
• Foster relationships with clients; provide service and retain business.
• Coordinate between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims; submit reports.
• Provide market feedback on products, campaigns, competitors, and partner banks.
• Attend weekly meetings with managers for production updates and campaigns.
• Perform additional duties as required for bancassurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to the bank’s customer base.
• Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business
• Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
• Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims; submit required reports on time
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• Preferably with work experience in SALES
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
