Role Description

The Property Specialist (Makati-based) is a full-time, hybrid role that combines on-site work in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties within Megaworld’s portfolio, engaging prospective clients through site trippings, presentations, and property consultations. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, responding to inquiries, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. The Property Specialist will prepare sales proposals, assist clients throughout the documentation and closing process, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves attending trainings, sales events, and project briefings to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge or interest in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to confidently present property options and investment opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati, with willingness to conduct site visits, client meetings, and attend sales activities as needed.
• Completion of at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
