Megaworld Horizon, part of Megaworld Corporation, is seeking a full-time on-site Real Estate Broker in Manila/Taguig to promote and sell residential properties. You will conduct viewings, guide clients from inquiry to closing, and coordinate with internal teams on pricing, availability, and documentation.

The role requires strong real estate knowledge, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a Philippine broker license or eligibility to obtain one.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Manila/Taguig. The Real Estate Broker will actively promote and sell residential properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire purchase process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing buyers and investors, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with internal teams on property availability, pricing, and documentation. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, ensuring accurate property information, and providing professional advice that aligns with the company’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Demonstrated skills in Brokerage, including negotiation, deal structuring, and contract coordination.
• Proven Sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
