XMC BPO Manila, located in Ortigas, seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for a growing team in a fully onsite setting. The role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of payroll regulations and employee compensation.

Responsibilities include supervising the payroll staff, ensuring accurate calculations for salary, bonuses, deductions, and taxes, and maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management, preferably within a BPO/shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Supervise and lead the payroll team, including workload allocation, performance management, coaching, and development.
• Ensure payroll calculations cover basic salary, overtime, allowances, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other components.
• Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, statutory contributions, and company policies.
• Review and validate payroll reports before final processing and release.
• Address employee payroll concerns and resolve salary, deduction, tax, and benefits questions promptly.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments on payroll matters.
• Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Oversee payroll-related government/statutory reporting and remittances as applicable.
