FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Engineer to manage end-to-end delivery of FTTH project sites, coordinating site acquisition, permitting, project supervision, planning, cost control, and monitoring to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain trackers, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on progress, costs, variances, and critical issues to ensure successful implementation.
About the role
The Fulfillment Engineer (FE) is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of FTTH project sites by integrating key functions of Site Acquisition, Permitting, Project Supervision, Project Planning, Cost Control, and Project Monitoring. The FE ensures that assigned sites progress efficiently from acquisition and permitting through implementation readiness and project completion by coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, financial requirements, schedules, risks, and project deliverables.
Key responsibilities
Process, monitor, and facilitate permits, clearances, endorsements, and approvals required for FTTH implementation
Ensure timely completion of site acquisition and permitting requirements in accordance with approved project targets and milestones
Coordinate with LGUs, barangays, government offices, HOAs, building administrators, landowners, utility providers, and other external stakeholders to secure required approvals and project access
Develop and maintain project control systems, detailed project schedules, work plans, and cost baselines for assigned sites and projects
Monitor project progress against approved schedules, targets, and milestones and ensure that project activities remain on track
Prepare project cost estimates and establish cost baselines in coordination with relevant teams
Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues that may affect scope, cost, schedule, quality, or implementation
Maintain accurate and updated trackers covering site acquisition, RTA/RTB status, permitting, implementation progress, costs, risks, issues, and project deliverables
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project accomplishments, progress, costs, schedule variances, pending requirements, and critical issues
Coordinate closely with Project Management, SAQ/Permitting, Engineering, AFI/Design, GT, Construction, Implementation, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
