Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with benefits concepts (health, dental, life insurance, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Process benefit enrollment updates, life event changes, and corrections within defined SLAs.
  • Validate employee benefits data across systems for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and interpret supporting documentation submitted by members or employers.
  • Perform routine audits and data integrity checks; escalate discrepancies.
  • Support case management activities by updating case notes in workflow tools.
  • Adhere to SOPs, quality checklists, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection policies.

The Admin Advantage UBA I is responsible for performing timely and accurate updates to employee benefits records across multiple systems and platforms. This role ensures data integrity, supports daily operational processes, and provides administrative support to maintain efficient benefits administration. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and consistent application of standard operation procedures (SOPs). The UBA I collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processing and superior service delivery.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Process benefit enrollment updates, life event changes, and corrections accurately and within defined SLAs.
  • Validate employee benefits data across systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with plan rules and client requirements.
  • Review and interpret supporting documentation submitted by members or employers.
  • Perform routine audits and data integrity checks, escalating discrepancies when necessary.
  • Support case management activities by updating case notes and completing assigned tasks in workflow tools.
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, quality checklists, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all data protection policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with benefits concepts (health, dental, life insurance, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience working with case management tools preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Previous BPO, shared services, or HR support experience is beneficial.
