FIS. Empowering the Financial World is seeking a skilled UNIX/Linux IAM/PAM specialist to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives in a hybrid role.

You will administer UNIX/Linux access, manage BoKS and StrongDM, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to audits and security controls while delivering strong customer support.

The role is based in the Philippines with offshore Manila collaboration and a mid-shift schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, or UNIX/Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux, SSH, sudo, and account management.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provision, modify, and decommission user and service accounts on UNIX/Linux platforms.
• Review, process, and fulfill access requests per security policies and SLAs.
• Administer and support BoKS and StrongDM identity and access management solutions.
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, user issues, and authentication problems.
• Perform access reviews, compliance validations, and audit support activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through scripting and tooling.
