Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture customer relationships through marketing calls and branch appointments, cross-selling products, and discussing alternative channels.
• Monitor targets and performance of managed and new accounts, implementing cross-sell efforts to achieve conversions and bookings.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising them on financial solutions and establishing new banking relationships.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of account opening documents per bank policies and procedures.
• Co-approve Over-the-Counter transactions and co-sign bank documents up to delegated limit in line with policies.
