Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines is seeking a Universal Banker to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and build strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.

You will process opening of CASA accounts, placements, renewals, and various financial transactions, ensuring timely, accurate service in line with bank guidelines and standards. This role emphasizes customer-centric banking and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of branch banking experience in tellering or new account transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customers needs, maintains and nurtures relationships, cross-sells bank products to meet sales objectives.
• Monitors targets and performs marketing and cross-sell efforts to achieve conversions and bookings.
• Assists walk-in customers with financial solutions that meet their needs and establish new banking relationships.
• Ensures complete and accurate account opening documents in line with policies and procedures.
• Co-approver duties on OTC transactions and signs bank documents up to delegated limits.
