Responsibilities

  • Supervises daily linen and uniform operations, ensuring accurate issuance, recording, inventory control, and timely resolution of operational concerns.
  • Monitors linen par levels, room and F&B linen availability, and coordinates replenishment requirements to support uninterrupted hotel operations.
  • Leads and develops linen room staff through regular briefings, training, performance monitoring, and enforcement of grooming and workplace standards.
  • Prepares and maintains operational reports, budget forecasts, inventory analyses, labor cost monitoring, and documentation related to linen and uniform management.
  • Conducts periodic linen and uniform inventories, manages condemned stock records, oversees quality control initiatives, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and service standards.

Job description
