Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Laundry, Linen, or Housekeeping Operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of linen and uniform inventory management, laundry operations, quality control, and cost management.
• Proficient in inventory tracking systems, report preparation, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and analyze inventory and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily linen and uniform operations, ensuring accurate issuance, recording, inventory control, and timely resolution of operational concerns.
• Monitors linen par levels, room and F&B linen availability, and coordinates replenishment requirements to support uninterrupted hotel operations.
• Leads and develops linen room staff through regular briefings, training, performance monitoring, and enforcement of grooming and workplace standards.
• Prepares and maintains operational reports, budget forecasts, inventory analyses, labor cost monitoring, and documentation related to linen and uniform management.
• Conducts periodic linen and uniform inventories, manages condemned stock records, oversees quality control initiatives, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
