Job summary

ALBURO ALBURO AND ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICES is seeking a capable legal professional to assist in contract preparation and review, and to render expert legal opinions for clients in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes drafting of legal articles, in-depth legal research, and developing strong strategies for case preparation. You will also draft affidavits, file pleadings, and assist with corporate housekeeping and due diligence as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & review contract and render legal opinions for clients.
• Drafting of legal articles.
• Legal research (relevant law, jurisprudence, rulings and regulations).
• Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Drafting affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court.
• Preparation and filing of pleadings and other legal documents (legal opinions, letters and memoranda) for clients of the Firm.
• Assist in conducting corporate housekeeping and due diligence.
