Role Description

The Underbar Associate will be responsible for handling various legal tasks, conducting legal research, drafting documents, assisting in client meetings, and supporting senior attorneys in case preparations.

Responsibilities

• Legal research, and preparation of documents and legal memoranda
• Liaising with local government units and governmental regulatory authorities such as the SEC, BIR, PEZA, and NTC
• Assist senior attorneys before judicial courts, administrative, and quasi-judicial bodies
• Reporting in Pasig City Office and willing to work on rotation at Boracay Island satellite office
• Performing other tasks as may be assigned
