Job summary

RELX is seeking a UK Payroll Analyst to support all operational payrolls for the UK region. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with UK regulations, and collaboration with Payroll and Finance teams across RELX divisions.

You will participate in payroll data migrations, parallel runs, and integration testing as part of global payroll transformation efforts, while delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Deep experience of UK payroll operations and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting UK payroll transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Previous use of Workday and associated payroll integrations desirable.
• Ceridian Dayforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely review and submission of UK payroll data to meet payroll processing deadlines.
• Adhere to UK payroll processes and controls for compliant operations.
• Ensure timely UK payroll payments including deductions and funding.
• Produce monthly payroll reconciliations and support GL delivery to Finance partners.
• Assist Head of Payroll - EMEA in implementing global payroll strategy for the region.
