Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in collection operations and team handling.
• Exposure to UK/US/AU Banking / Collections.
• Experience with collections data and reporting; understanding of terminology and laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the collections team to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Coach team members and manage performance.
• Handle customer escalations and complex cases.
• Analyze collections reports and bucket performance.
• Ensure compliance with UK/US/AU collections policies and regulations.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
