Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Financial Collections Team Leader in Manila. You will lead and supervise a payment collections team, monitor daily operations, ensure SLA/KPI targets are met, and coach staff to improve performance.

The role requires experience with UK/US/Australian banking accounts, strong banking processes knowledge, and the ability to handle escalations. Onsite work in Quezon City on UK shifting schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Financial Collections.
• Experience handling UK, US, or Australian Banking/Collections accounts.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and collections workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Stable employment history.
• Must not be a current or former Wipro employee.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a UK shifting schedule.
