Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Level 2 UK Bookkeeper to support a growing UK accountancy practice with about 240 clients. This is an office-based role in Clark Pampanga, aligning with Philippine time (4:00 PM–1:00 AM).

Day-to-day bookkeeping for UK clients, processing invoices and transactions in QuickBooks and Dext, plus Briefcase usage. You’ll perform bank reconciliations, prepare basic VAT returns (including Flat Rate), and assist with CIS processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of UK bookkeeping/accountancy practice experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Dext.
• Exposure to Briefcase and Capium preferred.
• Good understanding of UK bookkeeping, VAT and basic CIS.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping for UK clients.
• Process invoices, receipts and transactions using QuickBooks and Dext.
• Use Briefcase where applicable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve unmatched transactions.
• Prepare basic VAT returns, including Flat Rate VAT.
• Assist with CIS processing and returns.
• Post payroll journals from Capium into QuickBooks, including manual entries when required.
• Follow client-specific SOPs and Loom training videos.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and provide daily work updates.
• Experience supporting UK businesses in Construction, Consulting, Motor Trade, or SME sectors is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Day-to-day bookkeeping for UK clients.

What We're Looking For
