Job summary

KMC Careers is seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead the visual design of digital products for diverse clients. You’ll own high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, and handoff documentation across websites, apps, and campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with UX, development, strategists, and account managers to translate brands into scalable UI solutions, ensuring accessibility and performance while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/visual design experience in a digital/creative agency environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design across varied brands and industries.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with prototyping tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design of digital products and experiences across multiple client accounts.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, style guides, and documentation for handoff.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, strategists, and account managers to bring concepts to life.
• Translate brand identities into consistent and scalable interface designs.
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Work within multiple client design systems or help establish new ones from scratch.
• Deliver pixel-perfect designs with attention to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Contribute to pitches and new business with visual prototypes or UI concepting.
• Mentor mid-weight and junior designers, giving feedback and design direction.
• Stay across design trends, tools, and technology to keep work fresh and innovative
