Job summary

Michael Page Philippines seeks a UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX activities across web, mobile, kiosk, and internal platforms. Translate business requirements into intuitive experiences while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, marketing, CRM and operations.

You will maintain a shared design system and analyze user behaviour to drive product improvements in a fast-growing digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, IT or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design work.
• Experience designing digital products for web and mobile; kiosks and internal systems advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in agile product development with PMs, Engineers, and QA.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX activities including research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design QA.
• Translate business requirements and insights into intuitive digital experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and internal platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Marketing, CRM, and Operations stakeholders.
• Maintain and evolve a shared design system for consistency and scalability across digital products.
• Analyze customer behaviour and adoption metrics to drive user-centred product decisions.
