Job summary
SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 1+ year experience to translate client requirements into UI/UX proposals, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product owners, developers, and creatives. You will drive design standards, insights, and mentorship within a dynamic, on-site or flexible environment.
The role emphasizes turning brand guidelines into functional UI/UX, maintaining design consistency, and supporting client pitches with data-driven design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a front-end developer or UI/UX designer.
- Proficiency with Adobe XD and Figma; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and documentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide solid design solutions.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Willing to work on-site if required; flexible to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into UI/UX proposals.
- Create wireframes, draft mockups, and final designs with stakeholders.
- Produce UI/UX prototypes and ensure responsive design aligned with tech.
- Set design guidelines and cascade to developers and creatives.
- Coordinate with Product Owner and Creative teams for approvals.
- Coordinate with Development Team for design inquiries.
- Update knowledge base with design guidelines and assets.
- Front-end QA to ensure guidelines are met and timely delivery.
- Collaborate on pitches and data-driven insights to shape strategy.
- Mentor teammates on trends and best practices.
