Job summary

Emploive is hiring a UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of front-end or design experience. You will translate client requirements into compelling UI/UX proposals, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product and development teams to deliver polished designs.

You’ll lead design discussions, adhere to brand guidelines, and contribute to knowledge base updates while ensuring timely delivery amid a dynamic project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as front-end developer or UI/UX designer.
• Proficient with Adobe XD and Figma; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with them.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Proven track record delivering on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organization and time management.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• History of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Willing to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and translate into UI/UX proposals.
• Create wireframes, draft mockups and finalize design with stakeholders.
• Develop UI/UX prototypes and ensure responsive design logic.
• Coordinate with Product Owner and development teams for approvals and inquiries.
• Update the Knowledge Base with design guidelines and assets.
• Front-end QA to ensure guidelines are met and designs are accurate.
• Ensure on-time delivery of designs to avoid project delays.
• Stay ahead with data-driven trends to shape design strategy.
• Mentor teammates on design trends and best practices.
