Job summary

Whitehall Consulting seeks an experienced UI/UX Designer to shape and refine user experiences for core enterprise modules. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and usability testing—ensuring intuitive, responsive, and cohesive web and mobile experiences across complex platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in UI/UX with a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, and a solid grasp of accessibility and cross-platform design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design, user-centered design, cross-platform design, accessibility, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and standard interactive prototyping tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• Experience designing for operations delivery, procurement, financial management, or enterprise applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough user research, analyze feedback, and perform usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma for core operational modules and enterprise portals.
• Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces utilizing touch interactions, navigation patterns, and platform conventions for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Establish and maintain design documentation, style guides, user flows, and specifications for seamless handoff and execution.
