Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the Product & Design Team to craft intuitive, engaging experiences across digital channels. In an agile setting, you will translate product requirements into end-to-end screens, flows, prototypes, and design specifications, ensuring usability and consistency across desktop, mobile, kiosk, and chatbots.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The UX/UI Designer will join the Product & Design Team to craft intuitive, engaging user experiences across digital channels. Working in an agile environment, the role collaborates closely with Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering to translate product and feature requirements into end-to-end screens, flows, prototypes, and design specifications—ensuring usability, consistency, and high-quality design outcomes across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interpret product and feature requirements to design intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital channels
• Deliver clear design specifications, interaction models, and prototypes to support development teams
• Ensure consistency across interfaces and screen designs (wireframes, user flows, task flows, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes) across platforms including desktop, mobile, kiosk, and chatbots
• Develop and maintain product style guides and design documentation
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Developers to develop concepts through research, ideation, design exploration, and user validation
• Design end-to-end screens and flows for core health journeys
• Maintain and adhere to design components and UI patterns
• Revise designs based on feedback and testing results
• Review implemented screens during development and QA
• Update design documentation and style guides

Required Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of work experience in design thinking or related fields
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Deep understanding of mobile-first, adaptive, and responsive design
• Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles and methods
• Ability to work within a defined/agile process and apply systemic design thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• User-centered design certification
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of visual and interaction design
