Job summary

Ecosa is seeking an UGC Assistant in Metro Manila to act as the day-to-day contact for creators and bridge communications with the Paid Social and Creative Manager. You will manage onboarding, deliverables, and calendars to ensure timely contracts and content landing in the library.

You will coordinate product seeding, help prepare contracts, track progress, and support billing with finance in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, social media, or production coordination.
• Experience managing a high volume of external contacts (20+ creators per month).
• Extremely strong organisational skills with meticulous tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle deadlines.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive, including basic formulas.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable following up persistently and escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for all creators, handling outreach, onboarding, questions, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Bridge between creators and the Paid Social and Creative Manager, relaying feedback and approvals clearly.
• Own the production calendar across all active creators and projects.
• Coordinate product seeding, including shipping requests, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• Prepare and fill out contracts for each creator and coordinate invoicing with finance.
• Maintain trackers covering creator status, deliverables, contracts, spend, and content pipeline.
• Progress toward owning the creator programme end-to-end with mentorship and guidance.
