Job summary

Manila Hilton is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to own our social media presence and influencer programs in a fully remote role. You will plan, create content, source creators, manage campaigns, coordinate product samples, and track performance across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce content strategies, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships, plus the ability to use AI tools

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or agency brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Experience with affiliate and creator platforms such as Amazon Creator Connections and Levanta.
• Strong influencer outreach, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager who is strategic, creative, highly organized, and experienced in growing e-commerce brands.

In this fully remote role, you’ll take ownership of our social media presence and influencer marketing programs—from planning and creating content to sourcing creators, managing campaigns, coordinating product samples, and tracking performance.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with e-commerce content strategies, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships , along with the ability to use AI tools to create engaging content, including videos .

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok .

Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.

Plan and execute consistent, high-quality social media content.

Create engaging visual and written content, including AI-assisted content and videos .

Manage daily posting and actively engage with our online community.

Monitor audience interactions and help build strong brand engagement.

Maintain secure access, passwords, and permissions for social media and creator accounts.

Influencer & Affiliate Management

Research, identify, and vet influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with our target audience.

Manage the complete influencer lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Coordinate creator campaigns across social platforms and e-commerce affiliate networks.

Manage campaigns through platforms such as Amazon Creator Connections (CC) and Levanta .

Coordinate product sampling and ensure products are delivered to creators on time.

Track influencer payouts, affiliate commissions, and campaign-related payments.

Ensure creators are compensated accurately and on time based on agreed deliverables.

Conduct regular competitor research and analyze social media and influencer strategies.

Identify new opportunities, trends, creators, and potential market gaps.

Track campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and influencer ROI.

Prepare and maintain performance reports and campaign tracking.

Use performance data to improve content and influencer strategies.

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing .

Experience working with e-commerce, DTC, or agency brands is preferred.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok .

Experience with affiliate and creator platforms such as Amazon Creator Connections and Levanta .

Strong influencer outreach, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing influencer contracts, deliverables, payouts, and commission structures.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, product sampling, campaigns, and multiple creator relationships simultaneously.

Experience creating social media content, including AI-generated or AI-assisted video content .

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on engagement and conversion data.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
