• Experience recruiting and managing UGC creators for consumer brands.
• Proficient with TRIBE, Insense or similar platforms for creator recruitment.
• Understanding of the full UGC workflow from sourcing to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit UGC creators and influencers across brands.
• Coordinate briefs, shipments, deadlines, and content approvals.
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, and campaign terms.
• Manage creator pipeline and ensure ongoing content production.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to shape creator strategy.
