Responsibilities

• UC Porting: manage new number acquisition, porting, and provisioning globally; strong organization and multi-tasking required.
• BroadWorks provisioning: assist UCIM/PM with user provisioning in BroadWorks application server.
• Ancillary duties: coordinate number porting, update customer-facing docs, verify information, update project plans.
• Other duties as assigned by UCIMs.
