Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of UAV/drone technology is an advantage — but willingness to learn is what matters.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and sales communications.
• Monitor opportunities through PhilGEPS and other procurement platforms.
• Understand client requirements and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with engineers on UAV products, specifications, and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documents.
• Follow up with clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Track sales transactions and support order processing.
• Assist with logistics, deliveries, and documentation.
• Coordinate with management on pricing, proposals, and sales updates.
