• Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Budget: Php 140,000 - Php 170,000
• Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, day shift
• Hiring Process: Paper Screening - Initial Interview - Final Interview

Responsibilities

• Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, and mentoring testing team members.
• Partner with stakeholders on the creation of a value story/business case
• Coordinate all cross-application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements and defects in releases
• Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings
• Collaborate and provide release status to the leadership team and stakeholders
• Raise tickets for bug changes and actively follow up for closure
• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT team
• Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuing to build acceptance testing in all locations
• Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessions
• Identify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume more responsibility as needed/available

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of solid experience in UAT, including test planning, and creation & execution of test scripts.
• 2+ years in a managerial role, including leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working in the banking industry is required for this role.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, and industry best practices
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
