Job summary

UNO Digital Bank in Manila is seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst to design comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.

You will execute UAT cycles, document results, and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare data and environments. The role requires collaboration with QA, developers, and product teams to log defects and ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• ISTQB certification is advantageous for the role.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in User Acceptance Testing or business testing roles.
• Experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Background in test planning, execution, and defect management in Agile environments.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of UAT processes, templates, and best practices.

• Knowledge of end-to-end banking processes (e.g., onboarding, payments, loans, deposits) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL, API testing, and mobile/web application behavior is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
