We are hiring for a UAT Manager for a bank client located in Makati.

This is a regular Day Shift Mon to Fri job

Salary is up to 170K based on experience

Main Requirement is at least 3 years of experience within the banking industry

Responsibilities:

• Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, andmentoringtesting team members
• Role will partner with stakeholders on creation of value story / business case
• Coordinate all cross application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams toprioritize enhancements and defects into releases
• Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings
• Collaborate and provide release status to leadership team and stakeholders
• Raise tickets for changes bugs and actively follow up for closure
• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT team
• Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuingto build acceptance testing in alllocations
• Lead, develop and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individualand team sessions
• Identify and develop members within the team with the potential toassume more responsibility asneeded/available

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum relevant experience ideally from the banking industry
• Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in design of detailed test plans, andcreation and execution of testscripts
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
