Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Quality Assurance principles.
• Minimum of 5 years in test plan design and execution of test scripts.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAT direct reports and mentor testing team members.
• Coordinate cross application dependencies and prioritize enhancements.
• Conduct UAT/Release Management status meetings.
• Collaborate and provide release status to stakeholders.
• Manage and lead a cohesive UAT team.
