Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is hiring a UAT Analyst to ensure quality across business systems and processes.

You will design test plans, execute test cases, track defects, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate functionality and drive continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a IT-related degree and strong analytical and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UAT for systems, applications, and process enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
• Validate system functionality, workflows, integrations, and data accuracy.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain system documentation and test results.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in change management and post-deployment validation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business systems, applications, and process enhancements.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios based on business requirements.

• Validate system functionality, workflows, integrations, and data accuracy.

• Identify, document, track, and retest system defects through resolution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.

• Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.

• Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create and maintain system documentation, test results, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams to resolve system-related issues.

• Participate in system configuration reviews and change management activities.

• Provide post-deployment validation and support following system releases.

• Assist with user training and adoption efforts when new functionality is introduced.

• Monitor system performance and recommend opportunities for optimization.

• Support the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new business systems as organizational needs evolve.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.

• Experience with software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business systems, or process improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
