Job summary

Swak BPO Corp in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking a UAT Analyst to join our growing team. You will conduct user acceptance testing, develop test plans, and validate system functionality across business processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document defects, support deployments, and create user guides. A Bachelor's in IT or related field is preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UAT for business systems and processes.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases and scenarios.
• Validate system functionality, workflows, and data accuracy.
• Identify, document, track and retest defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support system implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in change reviews and post-deployment validation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business systems, applications, and process enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios based on business requirements.
• Validate system functionality, workflows, integrations, and data accuracy.
• Identify, document, track, and retest system defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain system documentation, test results, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Participate in system configuration reviews and change management activities.
• Provide post-deployment validation and support following system releases.
• Assist with user training and adoption efforts when new functionality is introduced.
• Monitor system performance and recommend opportunities for optimization.
• Support the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new business systems as organizational needs evolve.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Experience with software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business systems, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
