Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Assurance Manager to lead end-to-end audit engagements for U.S. financial services clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, and wealth/asset management organizations.

You will oversee planning, execution, and final deliverables; manage timelines, budgets, staffing, and client communications; apply U.S. GAAP and auditing standards; lead and develop audit teams with coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm supporting U.S. teams and clients.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong experience with U.S. GAAP and full end-to-end audit process.
• Experience managing Financial Services Group clients (hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, wealth/asset management).
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through delivery and final deliverables.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, staffing, and project performance.
• Serve as primary contact for U.S. clients and maintain relationships.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and auditing standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and develop audit teams with coaching and feedback.
• Review workpapers and deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Communicate engagement status, issues, and recommendations to clients and leadership.
