The incumbent will ensure compliance with PSA and PFRS, guide engagement teams, and drive quality assurance while nurturing client partnerships and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• 5-8 years of external audit experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong technical expertise in PFRS, PSA, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing large or complex audit engagements.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in audit software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple external audit engagements across industries.
• Oversee planning, execution, completion, and reporting.
• Review audit strategies and risk assessments by engagement teams.
• Ensure engagements meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports.
• Ensure PSA, PFRS compliance and firm methodologies.
• Build and maintain client relationships and discuss findings.
• Mentor and develop audit teams; allocate resources and schedules.
• Participate in internal quality reviews and firm initiatives.
