Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Associate to support audit engagements for U.S. clients. You will manage engagement activities, coordinate with clients, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, 3+ years of public accounting with U.S. audit exposure, and strong communication skills. CPA is preferred but not required; financial services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience with U.S. audit exposure.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the U.S. audit standards and processes.
• Financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop engagement plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure timely deliverables.
• Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to associates and interns.
• Assist with proposals and business development activities.
• Apply strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple engagements.
