Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Turnover Quality professional to represent the company during unit handovers to buyers in Cebu City and other properties. You will ensure timely readiness of units and support early project turnover preparations.

Fresh graduates with a Civil Engineering/Architecture background and a PRC license are welcome to apply. Strong communication and organizational skills are required for this role in a dynamic property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PRC license required.

• Willing to be assigned to multiple properties within Metro Manila and Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Represents RLC during physical turnover of unit to buyer.
• Ensures unit is ready for turnover within the approved move-in timeline.
• Assists in preparing new projects before turnover, such as inspecting units and common areas.

• S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
• S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.
