Job summary

A major property developer in Quezon City is looking for a representative to manage the turnover of units to buyers. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and a PRC License. Open to fresh graduates, this role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include ensuring units are ready for turnover and assisting in project preparations. This regular position offers an opportunity to work in various properties across the southern Metro Manila area.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Must have a PRC License.
• Open to Fresh Graduates, experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to be assigned to various RLC Residences properties, mainly in the South area (Parañaque, Taguig, Cavite, etc.).

• Serves as the representative during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
• Ensures the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline.
• Assists in the preparation of new projects before turnover.
