Job summary

SMDC is seeking a licensed Civil/Architect/Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to support project management across residential, parking, and common areas. The role involves coordinating with contractors, tracking progress and costs, and preparing turnover and project documentation.

Site inspections and risk escalation are key components of the job. Candidates should have at least three years of construction management experience and solid knowledge of building methods, drawings, and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum of three years in Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design/documentation tools.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and quality standards for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support turnover documentation preparation, verification, and submission.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on daily activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and changes for endorsement to PM.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Identify risks/issues and escalate to PM for resolution.
• Provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.
