Facilitate notifications to buyers about move-in eligibility.
Orient buyers on move-in policies, including fees.
Monitor status of power and water utility applications.
Handle customer concerns regarding the move-in process.

Consolidate Weekly Move-in Report.
Update Move-in requirements for smooth handovers and total customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and conduct pre-inspection of substantial completed units with CMD/EAD.
Monitor rectification progress on punch list items.
Coordinate schedule of actual acceptance with Client and monitor rectification progress.
Coordinate and participate in housing/condo inspections with financing institutions to meet requirements.
Oversee completed units' maintenance and coordinate repair assessments of deteriorated units.
Monitor homeowners' improvements and report violations for deductions from the construction bond deposit.
Prepare reports on acceptance and occupancy status for reconciliation with other department reports.

Facilitate notices to buyers on their eligibility for Move-in after the confirmation of housing/condo units completion.
Orient the buyers Move-in policies, procedures, and guidelines including Move-in fees and restrictions.
Monitor, coordinate & follow up the status of power/water applications/connections with the EAD in-charge to ensure power/water utility service is available on the date of move-in.
In-charged in the inventory of giveaway items to be given upon move in of buyers.
Handles customer concerns with regard to Move-in process

Serves as the conduit in updating Move-in requirements to facilitate smooth-over process and for total customer satisfaction
Coordinate and conduct pre-inspection of substantial completed units with the CMD/EAD.

Coordinate schedule of actual acceptance with the Client and monitor process of rectification works.
Coordinate and participates in all housing/condo units for inspection to different financing institutions to conform to the requirements

Monitor homeowners' house improvements (i.e. extension, fencing) per approved plans. Report homeowner's violations for deductions from construction bond deposit.
Prepares reports on acceptance and occupancy status if housing units and utility connections for reconciliation with other Department's report.
Qualifications
