Job summary

Antel Group of Companies in General Trias, Cavite, seeks a Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate to manage housing turnover coordination. You will track unit readiness, perform QC inspections, coordinate with the Technical Department to resolve issues, prepare job orders, and manage client communications during ocular inspections and handovers.

You will work with the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure timely resolutions and maintain turnover records, while handling documents and schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills required.
• Experience leading and supervising a team is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of unit preparation and promptly address delays or issues affecting turnover timelines.
• Conduct punch listing and quality control inspections to ensure units meet company standards before turnover.
• Coordinate with the Technical Department to resolve housing concerns and ensure unit readiness.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents from the Technical Department.
• Prepare job orders and schedule house turnovers and inspections with clients.
• Address client concerns during ocular inspections and unit turnovers.
• Provide clients with necessary documents and requirements related to their housing units.
• Handle client housing inquiries and concerns via email and phone calls.
• Directly coordinate with the Engineer-in-Charge on housing concerns for timely resolution.
• Prepare turnover status reports and maintain records related to unit readiness, inspections, and turnover procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct punch listing and quality control inspections to ensure units meet company standards before turnover.


• Coordinate with the Technical Department to resolve all housing-related concerns and ensure unit readiness.


• Handle incoming and outgoing documents from the Technical Department.


• Prepare job orders.


• Schedule house turnovers and inspections with clients.


• Address client concerns during ocular inspections and unit turnovers.


• Provide clients with necessary documents and requirements related to their housing units.


• Handle client housing inquiries and concerns via email and phone calls.


• Handle all incoming emails from clients regarding housing-related issues.


• Directly coordinate with the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) on all housing concerns to ensure timely resolution and proper client assistance.


• Prepare reports on turnover status, issues encountered, and resolutions.


• Prepare and maintain accurate records related to unit readiness, inspections, and turnover procedures.

MUST HAVE:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture.


• Preferably with experience in construction, housing, or turnover operations.


• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.


• Experience in leading and supervising a team is an advantage.


• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Willing to conduct site inspections and be assigned in General Trias and Tanza, Cavite.
